   Hello Chris,
   I really appreciate your efforts to wake people into the 2012 myths. I am a Mayan calendar teacher and since 2004 I am giving talks and interviews about the Carl Johan Calleman’s research about the Mayan calendar. Frankly, I am sometimes tired to tell people that so many of those “2012 scientific facts” are just pseudo science and your site helps me a lot, as a referene point.

   However it is inevitable to notice that you never mention Carl Johan Calleman and the way he presents what truly the Mayan calendar is about. He is the ONLY scientist who researched the Mayan calendar and he comes up with overwhelming scientific evidence that the Mayan calendar and the end date of is really about evolution of conscioussness.

   I am having difficulties to understand while on one hand you clearly debunk so many theories of the new age prophets but you fail to actually even talk about such a grounded and truthful understanding of the Mayan calendar.

   I think you should make an explainaition about why you ignore Calleman and his research, or I will start believing that you are having a hidden agenda.
   I am also challanging you to debunk Calleman, if you can…

   Carl is a faithful Christian and sometimes this can be seen in his articles and I am a faithful Muslim. For us the Mayan calendar prophecies is just and another way of looking at the Biblical prophecies, with one difference: the time frames given. So what is this dualism you are creating? I don’t understand. Is it because you believe strongly in the dualistic understanding of life (as good and evil). But even in Sufism, it is mentioned that in higher states of conscioussness there could be no real seperation between good and the evil. And also there is no duality according to Advaita Vedanta of Indian culture, and according to Tantra and Kashmir Shaivism and so on.

   Perhaps you should stop projecting the evil outside (as Calleman clearly states as a sign of a lower conscioussness level) and try to see that all is divine and we are living according to a divine plan and the Mayan calendar is a map/time table of this divine plan.

   The idea that people will have evolution of the mind go back as far as 2000. People were saying the same thing in 2000 as people are saying today.

   Hi Travis,

   I think you did not get my point right. I watched the 2012 deception movie last year. It is well done and I keep referring to it. I also saw the Genocide story. As he admits he might be wrong with this and perhaps he will have to eat his head. Lol…

   My point is this: When Chris talks about the so called “2012 movement” he refers to people like David Wilcock, John Major Jenkins, Michael Tsarion…etc I agree that all of these people make up things. They have huge imagination power and creativity and they are just sellin fantasies… Because all of these people are referring to the Mayan calendar in their own way, they seem like they are the representatives of the Mayan calendar. And when they are proven wrong it feels like (at least the impression Chris gives) is that the Mayan calendar is all wrong… But wait a second. Did you look at the Mayan calendar in its truth? What is the Mayan calendar really about?

   This is my point. I hope I make myself clear…

   Fatih if you watch the video the one that He talk about in the Nashville conference he does not throw out the maylan calendar in the whole but deems the end of the world or some evolution change to be not true. Chris never said the Mayans were never accurate about anything.

   I even remember a article on someone interviewing a native maylan a decented of the nation saying all this end of the world etc… is just not true.

    Just sit back and do “Nothing” and see what happens to you. The year 2000 thing is/was Nothing like the 2012 thing. The 2000 yr. thing was a prediction, the 2012 thing is not a prediction but is an event that will take place. The earlier so called predictions that were suppose to happen at many other dates and didn’t, were all man made events. The year 2012 is going to be a Nature Made event.I am 60 years old. i can tell you without a doubt that something is going on with our sun. it will burn your arm up now in just a few min.s hanging out a car window. I use to be able (15-20 yrs ago) to hang my arm out the window all day and just get a little sun tan from it. Do that these days and you will get a serious sun burn.. I know something is going on with it. They, NWO’s want you to not believe it so they can save you “Their” way…Even though Maxwell, Braden and some of the others do kind of add excitement to the event they tell you themselves they are “NOT” new agers. Like an earlier post said, what about Carl Calleman and his work on the Mayan Calender?Anyway, there is a lot of people this time sticking their necks out and will be made to look like fools if nothing happens this time. Most of the other events were put out there so you would say “Hell, nothing has ever happened before so nothing will happen this time” Remember the story of the boy crying wolf? Well, the government has been crying wolf and putting false ideas out there for 25 + years just waiting on this one event and hoping people will laugh at it and do nothing. Please do something even if it is just putting back a little food. if nothing happens then you’ll just have a bit of extra food that you can eat somewhere down the line. Then again, if it does happen, and there is no food to be gotten at the stores, you’ll be glad you did…..
